AddressDuties & Responsibilities performed as Transformation Consultant:
- Assist and execute requirements for specific initiatives in the transformation effort
- Define and analyse business and organisational strengths and opportunities and deliver tailored advice on practical solutions
- Apply a broad range of creative problem-solving skills, combining technical and analytical excellence to help create sustainable business value
- Synthesise conclusions into recommendations and work directly with senior leaders to implement change
- Build strong execution cadence: e.g., through preparation of weekly reports on status of outstanding matters
- Work within a specified time frame to satisfy contract requirements and to avoid exceeding budget requirements
- Plan and advise on the implementation of solutions
- Evaluate the change process and work with line leaders on the implementation of these processes, keeping them informed of the progress
- Work as a member of the overall transformation team
- Drive formation of hypotheses and analyses in order to formulate recommendations
- Help discover and address new opportunities on an on-going basis regarding organisational inefficiencies and proposed solutions
