About the role: An important step towards Icon Group’s vision is to implement a Process Improvement mandate, Group-wide, which aims to streamline, standardise, and improve Icon’s internal business processes to maximise efficiency and contribute towards employee satisfaction and effectiveness. Reporting to the Group Change Manager, this role provides Process Improvement solutions to enhance efficiencies for both Icon Group people and businesses. This role is a 24-month contract position based in South Brisbane at our global head office. Working with the transformation team, this role will work closely with business leaders on predefined and future business Process Improvement and enhancement initiatives, specifically supporting our Cancer Care division. Key responsibilities include: Working closely with Portfolio Manager for Cancer Care supporting delivery of strategic initiatives. Delivering to a predefined set of Process Improvement initiatives across the business. Coordinating new business cases for newly identified business initiatives (including supporting financial modelling, review of business case documents on behalf of the transformation team). Work with the business to implement changes, measuring and monitoring the people and commercial impact of those changes. About you: We are seeking an experienced senior business analyst with exceptional stakeholder engagement, analytical and project management skills. You will be passionate about business analysis and improvement and be keen to leverage your previous proven experience to help drive efficiencies within our business. Tertiary qualification in a related field Demonstrated experience in project and business analysis (Cost benefit, ROI and benefits development and modelling) Exceptional levels of initiative, self-drive and personal responsibility High attention to detail and demonstrated senior business analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to assimilate into Icon Group and work collaboratively with the existing team and adhere to Icon Group frameworks and standards Experience in healthcare highly regarded How to apply?
