Receptionists (Administration & Office Support)
Permanent Part-time $24.49 per hour - Social, Community, Home Care & Disability Services Award 2010.
Regular roster 3 days per week – Monday to Wednesday. Opportunities for additional hours to cover leave absences.

Overview
Reporting directly to the Practice Coordinator, we are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Junior Receptionist to join our friendly team on a part-time basis. As a member of the Bloomhill team you will join a dynamic group of people working towards changing the lives of people living with cancer and their families.
All about you
- As a Junior Receptionist, we’ll be providing on the job training for this position. Some previous experience in administration and data entry is needed to show a proven track record in handling admin tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Genuinely care about providing exceptional customer service.
- Takes pride in work, strong attention to detail skills and committed to delivering excellent quality.
- Be reliable, well-spoken and able to maintain a high standard of professional presentation.
- Strong computer literacy skills including the Microsoft suite.
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism, discretion and client confidentiality.
- Ability to monitor personal workload and manage own time.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as autonomously.
- Current drivers' licence.
Daily tasks will involve
- Reception duties (greeting clients and answering phones).
- Booking of client appointments.
- Receipt all monies paid at Reception desk.
- Attend to all communications – email, mail and faxes.
- Email following day appointment list to practitioners.
- Document control - printing, scanning documents, archiving.
- Data entry into the client database.
- Ensure current information regarding Bloomhill Centre activities, including clinical flyers are available to all visitors / enquirers.
- General administration duties.

The successful candidate will be required to provide proof of vaccinations relating to Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Pertussis (Whopping Cough), Varicella (Chicken Pox) and COVID-19.
