The Opportunity
The AWH Clinical Education unit is seeking experienced and motivated Registered Nurses to join our Tranition to Practice team. A permanent part time position is available.
Key components of the role include:
* providing high quality clinical placement experiences for student nurses and facilitation of action learning for early carrer nurses (RN /EN Graduate Nurses and Novice Nurses).
* supporting students and early carrer nurses with the development of critical thinking and clincal skills
* Supporting staff to develop and implement clinical supervision/precpetoring skills
The successful applicant will work closely with an innovative team committed to professional development and liaising with key stakeholders across Albury and Wodonga campuses.
Please note: this is a cross campus role that requires work across the servcie, AM and PM shifts - 7 days a week.
