About you
If you are an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator with an understanding of collections processes & credit risk management, an eye for detail have and a good sense of humour, please read on.
Whilst your previous experience in the transport and logistics field would be highly regarded (however not essential), ensuring you can demonstrate the following is critical:
• Previous collections experience
• Well organised and flexible in your thinking
• Thoroughness and attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work as part of a team
About the role
We are currently expanding our Administration team located at our Wingfield based Head Office to support our recent growth.
Working as part of a key group of team members, your responsibilities include:
• Following the Company’s guidelines for collections
• Receipting and allocations
• Customer account reconciliations
• Investigate customer queries related to invoices and payments received
• Maintain accurate customer account information
