Transport Administrator - Specific Term - Wetherill

The Opportunity
We have an opportunity to join our collaborative transport team at Wetherill Park NSW in a 12 month fixed-term position. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the scheduling and coordination of transport to ensure smooth operation of the Distribution Centre.
What you will be working on
- Running and completing business reports related to transport and cartage payments for internal and external stakeholders
- Use reporting tools to confirm accuracy of cartage payments
- Applying rates to transport partner payments
- Record keeping and spreadsheet maintenance
- Calculating & confirming waiting time payments.
What you will bring
- Experience using SAP or similar highly desirable
- Previous experience planning/coordinating a distribution centre
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Advanced numeracy / accounting skills with a high attention to detail
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday
