We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join a massively growing company in their transport allocation team.
- Full time role | up to $70,000 plus super
- Based in Berrinba

- Allocate trucks/Fleet and liaise with drivers and customers to accommodate their requirements.
- Monitor the email inbox and answer any queries that come through.
- Answer customer service enquiries over the phone.
- Assist in booking in jobs for customers and providing them with the correct ETA on drivers.
- Assist the compliance officer in keeping the records and policies up to date.
- Assist in driver time sheets and consignment notes.
- Other general administration tasks.
About you
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask.
- Previous administration and transport allocation experience in couriers/Transport company is highly desirable.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Organised, motivated and a problem solver with the ability to work in a busy environment.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft office with the ability to pick up new systems.
