Role Overview: As our new Transport and Compliance Manager, you will lead the charge in overseeing transportation operations across multiple depots. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of drivers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and optimising fleet efficiency. You'll play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Certification in Transportation Management, Compliance, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in transportation operations management, preferably in the bus or charter transportation industry.
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements in New South Wales.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
