- Coordinator afternoon/nightshift drivers and be there main point of contact.
- Ensure local and regional trips for our Southwest sector are completed.
- Professional and accurate communication and responses are provided to drivers / management / other departments
- Co-ordinate trip, driver or fleet changes with the Linehaul Team
- Compile and send daily handovers, follow and complete checklist.
- Sort and Finalise driver paperwork.
- Support the leadership of the Western Australian Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (WAHVA) Compliance for the operations
- Co-ordinate trip, driver or fleet changes with the Fleet Scheduling Team
- Provide support and co-ordinate the generation of Dog Runs
- Compile and send daily reports
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to think on your feet and adaptable to change
- Effective planning, organising and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously or within a team
