BB Freight Service are currently looking for a permanent Full time Transport Administration Assistant/ accounts allrounder to be part of our busy transport company based in Yatala.
Daily duties include but not limited to:
- Entering Bills in Xero
- Reconciling payments
- Aged Receivables and Payables
- Liaising with customers
- Booking in Pick Ups
- Quoting Jobs
- Checking final pricing of Jobs
- Scanning POD's
- Data Entry
- Communicating with drivers and office staff
- Answering phones
- General office duties
- Liaising with Queensland Transport to book vehicle inspections
- Communicating with Insurance companies
This position would suit someone who:
Has Accounting/Book-Keeping experience, highly regarded
Has experience in Transport & Logistics, highly regarded
Has administration experience, highly regarded
Is a team player, however can make decisions and think for themselves
