As a Section Leader, you'll be leading our daily transport operations, ensuring seamless delivery schedules and effective rostering and training for your team members. What does the role involve?
- Leadership of a team of people including training, conducting performance reviews, scheduling shifts, managing leave and attendance.
- Ensuring our transport operations run smoothly to keep stock in our stores for our customers
- Helping to develop the next generation of leaders in our warehouse by training and coaching team members to be their best
- Delegating tasks efficiently, capitalising on the skills, roles, and interests of your team members to achieve results.
- Maintaining the highest standards of compliance, safety, and cleanliness to create an environment that celebrates and nutures excellence.
