The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transport Supervisor, with experience in logistics to join our team in Cohuna.
Managing the day to day activities of our drivers and subcontractors, customer relationships and safety. Working on waste contracts, Logistic operations & a diverse customer range, this role reports to the Regional Collections Manager.
Monday to Friday.

What you'll be responsible for
- Manage booking requests by scheduling loads
- Liaising with customers and drivers
- Problem solving customer issues in a timely fashion
- Ensure compliance with relevant Enterprise Bargaining Agreement for the division
- Ensure completion of necessary paperwork and procedures
- Ensure the safety of all employees through hazard and risk identification and allocation of PPE
What you'll need to be successful
- Demonstrable experience in logistics and scheduling systems
- Great customer service approach
- Willing to think outside the box and problem solve
- Related Vocational or Tertiary qualification (e.g., Logistics) is desirable
- Certificate IV in Waste Management is desirable
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is desirable
- Valid driver's licence
