The Role
We have an exciting new role for an experienced Haulage/Transport supervisor on a 2:2 roster working out of Onslow, WA.
- Lead, oversee and coordinate drivers and assets to deliver quality service to a client
- Ensure daily reports / tonnage reports are prepared accurately and on time
- Work closely with workshop to scheduled planned servicing and maintenance of fleet
- Provide support to operations to ensure that all tasks and paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Ensure all activities achieve standards as defined by the Transport Manager with respect to productivity performance, fleet management and cost control
- Complete tasks efficiently, use initiative and seek opportunities to improve practices and reduce costs for REGROUP and our clients.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of transport projects, taking responsibility as directed
- Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure the required manning numbers are met
To be successful:
- 2+ years in a similar role working in haulage and working towards meeting production targets
- Previous experience successfully leading a team
- Current and Valid MC Driver’s License
- Strong communication and written skills
- Basic Computer knowledge (word, excel etc.)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
