Family owned and operated Helloworld Travel Bundaberg is part of the Pursers Travel Group owned by the Dascombe family. We have operated our successful travel and tour company for over 25 years and consider ourselves a growing family. With a network of twelve Helloworld stores across Queensland, there is always plenty of support on hand. We look forward to welcoming a new consultant to join our team.

- Travel consultant experience ideal
- GDS system experience
- Good office skills
- Customer service skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational skills • Attention to detail
- Experience in both face to face and telephone customer service
- Amadeus preferred, however not essential
- Excellent tourist destination knowledge
- Strong airfare knowledge
- Planning and coordinating daily operational and administrative functions
- Quoting and booking clients travel requests.
