Based from a co-working space in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, we don't deal with walk-in clients but keep busy via email and phone, booking a mix of corporate and leisure travel, mainly for clients in production and entertainment. There's always lots happening, from small to medium sized groups and last-minute bookings to complex international itineraries, with a dose of accounting and admin on the side.
Our office is informal and fun, but we work hard and are really passionate about providing amazing customer service to our growing client base. You'll fit right in if you have solid industry knowledge, a positive attitude, the ability to multi task and are a good communicator.
\\ The Role
Tasks will include quoting and booking flights, hotels and vehicles for individuals and groups, ticketing airfares, liaising with suppliers, managing itineraries and accounts, as well as building and maintaining customer relationships.
\\ Experience
The perfect candidate for this role would have at least 2 years experience as a Travel Consultant with knowledge of both domestic and international products, excellent airfare knowledge, GDS experience (ideally Sabre), strong communication skills and the ability to problem solve and perform under pressure. An understanding of Tramada would be an advantage.
\\ The Package
We are offering a salary of $75-$90k plus super, depending on experience, for this full time permanent role.
Flexible work arrangements; starting out in the office full time with the option to move to a hybrid (part time in the office, part time work from home) split when you’re comfortable in the role. On the job training and ongoing mentoring will be provided.
