The company offers unique group tours, tailored travel, and cultural experiences, backed by a team with years of experience in Japan.You will be responsible for customer service and inbound sales, handling inquiries and consulting with customers to create a tailor-made holiday itinerary.The company invests in its employees with sufficient training including familiarity trips to Japan and offers uncapped commission, travel discounts, and extra leaves and more.The business has been growing and there are potential career paths within the company.DescriptionThe key responsibilities and duties of the role:
- Consult with clients to understand their holiday needs and to create high-quality tailor-made itineraries based on their requirements.
- Co-ordinate all aspects of the client booking, including reservations, to ensure successful delivery of trip.
- Convert inquiries into sales to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare travel documents and ensure the quality
- Continuous learning and development of products, travel destinations and related skills.
- Cooperate with operation and delivery teams.
- Knowledge of and passion for Japan (no Japanese language skill is required)
- Experience Japan such as living, working, studying, or travelling in Japan
- Previous experience in customer service or any sales roles is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills in English both speaking and in writing.
- Strong organisational skills and time management skills.
- Full work rights in Australia or visas valid for at least 3 years.
