This is a great opportunity for a Treasury Analyst, Funding and Analytics to join this growing specialist funding group’s financing & securitised lending platform. With operations encompassing a diverse range of commercial lending solutions they provide securitized loans of up to $10m to investors, non- residents, SMSFs and property development and construction clients.
This role represents a great opportunity to showcase your treasury experience while delivering management reporting and developing strategic initiatives. Reporting to the General Manager you will be working with this highly talented group to deliver accounting information as well as communicating business performance to third party clients and investors.
The role:
- Assist with Investor Relations and market positioning.
- Manage trust management and securitisation reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist Senior Management by providing financial insights for decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
- Manage cash book distribution analysis and price modelling.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA / CA designation a plus.
- Exposure to accounting or treasury analytics preferably in a financial lending environment.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, with experience in accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
