Treatment Coordinator

This multi-chair practice is highly regarded and full training will be provided for the right candidate.

As a customer service-focused individual, you will liaise with all new patients to assist our doctors with:

• Record taking and detailed clinical notes
• Treatment plans and quoting,
• Work closely with various teams to ensure pending and existing patients are well informed 
• Relationship management including ongoing customer care.
• You will serve as the information expert to obtain the highest possible percentage of treatment acceptance from your patients.

To be successful in this role, the applicant will meet the following criteria:

• Customer service experience with a focus on communication and building relationships
• Dental experience essential
• Effective time management with competency in coordinating and organizing sales processes,
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and comfortable being measured by KPIs 
• Demonstrated experience with working in teams to deliver business outcomes.
