Purpose
The Truck Driver is to provide service to customers through delivering and collecting sold and hired machinery and/or attachments and assisting hire customers with instructions on the use of machines and attachments. The Truck Driver will complete all deliveries and pick-ups as required and assist with loading and unloading of machines and attachments for both customers and team members. Assistance with other duties within the yard and workshop will be required as requested.
Key Role Outcomes
- Safe, purposeful, and lawful driving of RAM trucks at all times that is appropriate to the vehicle and load.
- The safe loading, unloading, delivery and pick-up of machines and attachments.
- As directed by the Workshop Manager, assist/support workshop as required with a variety of work including Off-hire inspections and general maintenance.
- Provide sales support through on time deliveries and pick-ups and providing required information to the machine operator.
- Ensure all time recordings and documents are lodged daily and accurately.
- Vehicles are well maintained, through a proactive approach to daily vehicle maintenance.
- Support team to achieve DIFOT target P100.

Authorities
Truck Drivers have the authority to:
- Stop work where they identify a Quality or WHS risk, or Environmental aspect / impact that is life threatening
- Complete Off-hires via Syrinx driver app and/or workshop app
