We are on the lookout for an experienced Tyre Fitter/Manager to join our Exmouth site (North West Cape of Western Australia) – This is a Full-time position!

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor tyre performance including damage and wear issues.
- Manage the team throughout the workshop daily as well as necessary training.
- Assessing, diagnosing, and providing accurate recommendations or solutions to customers
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems – such as wheel balancing issues, tyre/wheel and rim damage and other wear and tear.
- Performing rotations, pressure checks, wheel balancing, puncture repairs and so forth.
- Providing excellent customer service whilst always maintaining professionalism.
- Adhere to company and industry standards, policies, and procedures.
- Assist, complete, and maintain relevant documentation.
- Manage and maintain a clean and tidy work environment for our customers and employees.
Skills and Experience:
- Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a tyre fitting role, as well as helping lead teams.
- Good communication skills
- The ability to understand P&L, budgeting, and expense management (or willingness to learn)
- Valid driver’s license
- A strong focus on safety and following procedures
- Strong knowledge of various tyre brands, sizes and applications.
- Certificate II in Tyre Fitting
