- Ensure all referrals are up to date and within service level agreements.
- Cover referrals and broker calls during periods of absence.
- Make recommendations to expand underwriting guidelines and acceptance criteria.
- Provide guidance and coaching to customer service officers.
- Process assigned work accurately and timely.
- Improve operational systems, processes, and policies to support long-term goals.
- Use commercial considerations when underwriting.
- Underwriting Experience is a MUST!
