About the Program Are you looking for more than just a holiday job? Our firm is seeking passionate penultimate year law students to join us for one of our clerkship periods over the next 12 months. Students will join us for two full weeks, that coincide with University breaks. We run our program on two separate occasions throughout the year being November/December 2024 and January/February 2025. Ideally, as a penultimate year law student, you will be finishing your studies between June - November 2025.
About You In addition to your strong academic results throughout school and university, you will possess practical experiences that display your leadership abilities, team work, time management skills and outstanding customer service. You will have also demonstrated an ability to excel in a field you are passionate about. You will work directly with industry leading partners and receive quality mentoring to assist in your career development. Many of our Vacation Clerks go on to become our graduates with the firm. To ensure we have well rounded lawyers who can draw on a wide breadth of knowledge when advising clients, our graduates participate in a two year graduate program, which includes two one-year rotations as well as PLT. If you are someone who takes their work seriously but not themselves, someone who looks for solutions rather than problems and someone who never says 'that's not part of my job', then HopgoodGanim is the right firm for you.
