Valet | Mercedes-Benz Brisbane (QLD)As a Valet, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service from start to finish. If you're passionate about customer satisfaction and have a knack for organisation, we want you on our team!Key Responsibilities:

• Locating and moving vehicles around the building as required
• Assisting customers as a first point of contact for all queries
• Booking relevant transportation for customers as required
• Escalation of complaints promptly to ensure swift resolution
• Liaising with service advisors to support in day-to-day operations

About You:

• Exceptional customer service and presentation at all times
• High level organisational skills
• Ability to quickly build rapport and handle customer complaints as required
• Valid QLD Drivers License
• Demonstrated luxury hotel experience highly desirable
