You will be working closely with our experienced Retail Director and wider team with a fantastic client base who will help you build your capability and gain exposure in the market.
About You
You are a motivated, ambitious, and passionate individual looking to expand your knowledge and skills in property. With excellent time management and organisational skills, you can communicate effectively with people at all levels.
What will you do?
You will assist our qualified Valuers in undertaking valuations and inspections and take comprehensive field notes, which will assist you with the report preparation, and the team during the report finalisation.
When you are not on the road inspecting, you will spend your time doing research and analysis of market evidence, undertaking data collection, and compiling the data into the Sales and Leasing Database, assisting with valuation reports and the valuation.
You will be a key player in collecting information with authorities and government departments, sourcing crucial property information for the team.
What will you bring?
You have recently completed or are nearing completion of your tertiary qualification in Property. You must be working towards attaining your certification with the API as a CPV.
You have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritise and multitask.
You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience utilising proprietary software such as Estate Master is advantageous.
Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded, but not essential.
