Vehicle Stock Controller & Registrations | Automotive Dealership

At Port City Autos, Hervey Bay we are home to Mercedes-Benz, Subaru, LDV, Renault and plethora of quality Used Cars across two sites at Hervey Bay and Maryborough.  To continue on our growth journey, we eagerly seek an experienced Vehicle Stock Controller to join our busy multi-franchised team in Hervey Bay.

Performing an array of automotive clerical duties, this role will be heavily focussed on the stock control and registration of new and used vehicles across both dealerships.   The successful applicant will be a highly competent and experienced Automotive Administrator preferably with a strong working knowledge of Vehicle Inventory Control and Vehicle Registration programs. The ability to apply strategic and analytical thought, follow strict processes and deadlines and adhere to all internal and Manufacturer policies and procedures will ensure this position is both rewarding and enjoyable.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous experience working within a dealership environment as a Stock Controller
• Experience registering new and used vehicles in Queensland (accreditation preferred, but not essential)
• Ability to accurately report figure to internal departments and Manufacturers in a timely fashion
• Impeccable time management and attention to detail
• Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel skills essential)
• Immaculate personal presentation and portrays a professional image
• The ability to work as part of a team, contribute ideas and knowledge share
• A current Drivers Licence.
