Our client is a boutique firm with two partners, situated in the heart of Perth. They cater to a specific clientele, ranging from high-net-worth individuals and families to overseas investors.
The Role:
Due to rapid business expansion, our client is seeking a motivated and proficient Manager/Senior Manager with expertise in tax management and structure to join their team. This role offers a dynamic blend of work-from-home and office-based responsibilities. Reporting directly to the director, the successful candidate will lead and supervise a small team, primarily focusing on managing a client portfolio worth approximately $900k in fees with organic growth potential.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing specialised taxation advice and financial services directly to clients
- Cultivating long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions, including structuring/restructuring, succession planning, superannuation, and asset protection, to help clients achieve their financial and lifetime objectives.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- An accounting qualification, preferably CA/CPA
- A minimum of 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in a client manager's role, with a comprehensive understanding of Australian tax regulations
- A demonstrated track record of managerial expertise and staff mentorship
- Exceptional communication skills and a polished presentation style
- A proactive attitude with the ability to seamlessly integrate into the role and deliver results from the outset
- Strong attention to detail and a client-centric approach, coupled with extensive tax knowledge to meet the high expectations of high-net-worth individuals, and families
