Experienced Property Manager - School Hours! 

We are looking for the right Property Manager to join our family owned and run Morley based office. If you have children at school, we are offering the perfect job for an experienced Property Manager to keep their hand in with a tidy, well run portfolio, working school based hours at our Morley office! 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Sharing a portfolio 
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction 
• Ensure compliance and adherence with the Residential Tenancies  Act
• Be self-motivated, take initiate and have a strong work ethic 

Qualifications: 

• School hours or Part time hours are welcome 
• Phone provided 
• Free Parking 
• Competitive hourly rate reflecting your experience and skills 
• Use of a pool company car 
• Fun, Friendly and welcoming office environment 
• No trust accounting 
• CPD training provided 
• Salary negotiable
