Over the past 5 years we've organically grown a portfolio of rental properties in and around Mount Lawley. The homes range from one bedroom apartments to six bedroom houses and our clients include first time investors to seasoned property experts.
We use great tech that experienced PM's will love (no trust account here!) and new comers will pick up in just hours.
About Us
Situated on Beaufort Street in the heart of Mount Lawley, our century old office with it's polished floor boards and high ceilings feels more like a home than an office.
We believe that ‘not all business is good business’ so we're really picky about the landlords we work for and the properties we manage.
Most importantly, we only want to work with teammates who share our desire for an easy going workplace that's free from gossip, drama and meaningless KPI's.

Skills and experience
For experienced PMs, we will build around what you already know.
For those starting their PM career, we'll start from the ground up and teach you everything you need to know.
Some ‘must haves’ include;
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and warm interpersonal qualities with a focus on customer service
- Ability & desire to develop, implement and follow checklists, systems and processes
- Accuracy & efficiency in the completion of tasks and activities
- Excellent time management skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and adapt your work approach to circumstances as required
- Sales or Property Management Registration is required.
Driver's License required.
