About this opportunity:
As the Venue First Aid Services Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all patrons and staff. With primary responsibility for overseeing First Aid response and services throughout our venue, you'll lead a team of First Aid contractors, manage equipment and stock, develop emergency policies, and provide essential training to our team on First Aid protocols.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Registered/Enrolled Nurse or Paramedic certification.
- Experience administering emergency medicine in First Aid situations.
- Demonstrated provision of First Aid Services in both public and multiple casualty settings.
- Strong project management skills with analytical and problem-solving abilities, showing initiative and flexibility.
- Proficiency in writing, reporting, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in process development and a keen understanding of risk management.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels and a willingness to work collaboratively.
- Highly organised with keen attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- A proactive "can do" attitude prioritizing safety at all times.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
- You must be 18 years or over.
