Who We Are Looking For
You will have a strong hospitality background and be able to understand and execute the successful inner workings of a venue. Our leaders are passionate about hospitality and strive to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and brand immersion in our venues. We lead by example and thrive to see people below us develop and grow within our business.
We’re looking for a hands-on, optimistic and detail orientated Venue Manager who has a proven record training and developing teams. You will spend most of your time dedicated to people (80%) and the remaining time dedicated to profit (20%).
Curious, bold, and resilient with a real passion for our brands and people, you will be empowered to lead real change and grow our venue. As the leader of our venue, you’ll be a natural communicator who can engage customers and bring enjoyment & connection to all interactions.
