Venue Manager
Our venue Manager is a passionate and highly experienced hospitality professional. You will have exceptional food and beverage knowledge, strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering the highest quality to our guests. You've previously lead a team in a high-end establishment, are a top-tier communicator and know how important it is to look after your team and your guests. You'll bring strong business acumen and a desire for continuous improvement and you are always impeccably presented.
Assistant Manager/Sommelier
The Assistant Manager/Sommelier is vital to the Wildflower Experience. The person our guests reply on to educate, recommend and share their passion for all things Wine. You love to interact with guests, share your wine expertise and make recommendations based on their preferences and food choices. Along with the Venue manager, you'll be responsible for training your team and colleagues to increase their knowledge and ensure our guests receive the superior service that Wildflower offers.
