Position: Venue Manager

Location: Oakbank, Adelaide Hills, South Australia

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless operational efficiency.

- Managing venue staff, including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management.

- Developing and implementing strategies to drive venue revenue and profitability, including promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.

- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the venue in compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Building and nurturing positive relationships with suppliers, contractors, and local community stakeholders.

- Maintaining accurate financial records, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

Key Requirements:
