As they prepare to open their doors, we seek a talented Venue Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure the smooth operation of this venue.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations
- Ensuring excellent customer service
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 5+ staff members
- Handle rostering and scheduling
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue tracking
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation
- Foster a positive work environment
- Contribute to a strong team culture
- Provide training and development for staff
- Ensuring high performance and growth
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
