- Oversee daily front-of-house operations

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 5+ staff members
- Handle rostering and scheduling
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue tracking
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation

- Provide training and development for staff

- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
