We have an opportunity for a Venue Manager to lead in a vibrant atmosphere, where community and entertainment meet. But that's not all, get ready for an exciting addition to our lineup with a new restaurant set to open soon!
As the Venue Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action, overseeing all aspects of the Venue and late-night offerings, ensuring a memorable experience for all. We're seeking someone who truly understands the essence of pubs and has a knack for elevating experiences. We're in search of a multi-brand publican - someone with strong leadership skills, a knack for building and motivating teams, and a keen understanding of overseaing numerous different brands within the one business.
If you've got experience overseeing mini renovations or rebrands, and are ready to take on the challenge of managing a multi level venue, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:
- Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time
- Manage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests
- Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
- Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives
What you'll need:
- Strong customer focus with the ability to get to know our locals and what they love
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire & develop your team to provide exceptional experiences
- Proven experience running or assisting in the running of a multifaceted venue
- Ability to use financial and business acumen coupled with operational experience to effectively deliver the venues operational targets and vision
- Strong planning, organisational and problem solving skills including working in a matrix organisation
- Industry licences and accreditation i.e. gaming licence, RSA/RSG/RCG, wagering accreditation (amend licence requirements accordingly)
- Able to qualify to meet the state liquor licensing nominee/liquor appointee requirements
