THE ALCOVE
Joondalup Resort Signature Restaurant The Alcove offers a variety of local dishes following WA seasons served with elegance and generosity. Our contemporary dining restaurant is seeking an experienced and customer focused Venue Manager to lead the team.
The Venue Manager is responsible for the daily service of operations and administration of The Alcove & Kangaroo Arm, with the support from the Food and Beverage Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be accountable for:
- achieving set KPI’s of The Alcove & Kangaroo Arm
- ensuring the restaurant, bars and room service are run in line with set standard, policies, and procedures
- liaising with suppliers, stocktaking, and month-end reporting
- staff training, mentoring, and supporting the Resort’s people and culture initiatives
ABOUT YOU
The experienced candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience working in a busy restaurant & bar environment, in a management position.
Candidates with a tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Business Management would be advantageous. Talents who have significant knowledge and experience, especially someone who understands the current food scene, are welcome to apply.

- Approved Managers Certificate
