Hockey WA is seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to provide first-class customer service to ensure the operational efficiency of the Perth Hockey Stadium and the Hockey WA office.
Working as part of an experienced Operations Team, the Venue Operations Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Perth Hockey Stadium, including bookings and event coordination, bar and café operations, and supervision of venue staff.
The position requires flexible working hours, including weekends, to accommodate the operational schedule of Perth Hockey Stadium, which operates seven days a week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Management of venue staff including rostering and training.
- Oversee and coordinate all venue bookings.
- Supervise day-to-day food and beverage operations.
- Ensure a quality experience for patrons and clients.
- Experience in a supervision or administration role.
- Experience in venue or events coordination.
- Demonstrated high standard of customer service with excellent attention to detail.
