The Role
This hands-on role will focus on driving and refining sales strategies, sales policies and driving revenue for events in the corporate market
The key responsibilities of this role are
- Maintain Strong relationships with existing and any new clients
- Acquire new business and to maintain our existing clients
- Forward all venue and package information to potential clients.
- Facilitate site inspections with clients
- Meeting and entertaining clients at their premises or our venue.
- Attend network events
- Involvement in all internal events and launches
This is a busy full-time role requiring impeccable time management and professionalism.
About you
- Minimum 3 years of industry sales experience.
- Must have passion and drive to succeed and convert enquiries into sales
- Excellent communications skills including significant experience in preparing and presenting proposals to management level clientele
- Proven ability to work with customers and stakeholders to actively promote events and sales via multiple channels
- Superb presentation and grooming
- Experience of working with budgets
- Ability to work within a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication and administration skills
- Ability to priorities high volume workload
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office products (outlook, word, excel, power point)
- Own vehicle with full drivers license where offsite appointments are required.
- Must have full working rights in Australia
