Sydney’s newest Korean restaurant, Funda Sydney, is seeking talented hospitality enthusiasts. Our newly established restaurant is dedicated to creating unique and delightful experiences that balance refinement and relaxation. Funda provides a modern take on traditional Korean cuisine with a Euro twist. We are located in the heart of Circular Quay and are aiming to add a bit of all-day fun to the Sydney dining scene. The group is growing and we will be adding a fine dining venue and wine/spirit focused venue to the portfolio within the year.
As we have picked up trade we are looking to add more Venue Supervisors to our talented team to help drive service. Experience is necessary for this position and fine dining is highly considered.

Requirements:
At least 1 years of experience in a similar role.
Fine dining experience highly regarded
A passion for the hospitality industry and a hands-on attitude
Qualification in hospitality would be advantageous.
experience in maintaining budgets and understanding on working in line with company objectives and KPI's
A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
Full working rights in Australia
Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster
