The successful applicant will have the opportunity to learn from our Small Animal Medicine specialists as well as a range of other disciplines across the hospital. They will assist other veterinarians in providing some supervision of clinical year veterinary students rotating through the service.The Sydney School of Veterinary Science at the University of Sydney is ranked first in Australia and 26th in the world among veterinary faculties (QS rankings 2024). Regarding research, the faculty is the highest ranked veterinary school in Australia (ERA 5/5). This position operates within the Sydney School of Veterinary Science's teaching hospital at the Camperdown Campus. The School of Veterinary Science educates students and conducts research in veterinary and related sciences.
