Level IV Veterinary Nurse Position

Mira Mar Veterinary Hospital (MMVH) is currently recruiting.
We are seeking an experienced, qualified VN to join our team in 2024.
MMVH is a small animal hospital in the beautiful regional city of Albany, WA, population ~40,000. We employ 5 permanent vets as well as 2 locum vets on a recurrent basis.
We work in a spacious, purpose-built building and deliver a high level of service and care to our patients and their families. All our current staff work on a less than full time roster to facilitate work-life balance

Hours of employment for this position are negotiable.
We are looking to add an experienced, qualified nurse to our team of four permanent VNs who currently each work 25+ hours per week.
We have 2 qualified casual VNs on our roster as well as 1 trainee VN, giving good cover for VN leave entitlements.
Our support team also includes a receptionist and 2 animal attendants.
The pay rates and entitlements for this position are according to, or exceed, the Animal Care and Veterinary Services Award.
The commencement date for this position is negotiable, but is ideally before mid-May 2024 and can be significantly earlier.
