We are currently seeking an Office Administrative Assistant/ Personal Assistant to work alongside our head of company and become an integral part of our office.

To be successful you must have:
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience within the scaffold or construction industry (desirable)
- Highly motivated and highly organized with the ability to deliver in tight time frames.
- Keen eye for details, problem solving abilities and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure with the ability to take directions
- Ability to take initiative whilst working independently and alongside team members.
Tasks:
- To work closely with the head of the company, managing schedules,
- Ability to catalogue and keep track of equipment, sub-contractors, and sites.
- Ability to use Excel, and other relevant software sites.
- Ability to implement and create new systems to help business run smoothly.
