**Position Highlights:**
As our Veterinary Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face and guiding hand for our clients and their pets.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting clients and their pets with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Managing appointment schedules to ensure seamless clinic operations.
- Handling phone inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Ensuring a clean and inviting clinic environment.
You'll work a 38-hour week with flexible rosters between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Immediate start available.
Salary will be commensurate with experience under the Animal Care and Veterinary Services Award. Additionally, you'll enjoy discounted veterinary services for your own pets.
About You:
- Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a client-facing role.
- Previous experience in human health or veterinary health is highly advantageous.
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced work environment.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Excel at multitasking and managing competing priorities.
- Embrace teamwork and reliability as core values.
