Position Highlights:
We are excited to welcome an experienced Client Care Officer to our team, in a full-time capacity. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team who strive to make a difference to our client experiences.
Reporting to our Team Leader you will be responsible for delivering efficient, professional, and welcoming ‘front line’ customer service both in person and over the phone, the effective scheduling of appointments, preparing and issuing of invoices and processing of payments as well as providing general administration support.
You will be required to work a 38hr week with rosters between the hours of 7.00am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday. There may be some Saturday morning work between 8am and 12pm, on a rotational basis.
About You.
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client facing role.
- Human health or veterinary health experience will be highly regarded.
- Have the skills to remain calm in a very busy working environment.
- Have exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of people.
- Have the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
- Be a genuine team player who works hard and is reliable.
