Customer Care / Receptionist, Broadbeach, Gold Coast Vet Surgery
Can you help us to look after the pets of the Gold Coast? We love fixing sick animals, but to achieve all that we do, we need another team member at our front desk. If you are the kind of person who takes delight in making customers happy and ensuring their needs are met, then we want you to help us to take our patient care and customer service to the next level.
If you are organised, calm under pressure and can multitask, then we’d love to have you join our team. Previous experience in a vet clinic and ideally knowledge of ezyVet software are highly desirable. However, if you are experienced in having enjoyed working on Reception at an allied health or hospitality service then you may have the skills that we are looking for. Gold Coast Vet Surgery is a family of 16 enthusiastic and talented animal lovers. Together we have won awards and have grown a fantastic clientele who want to do the best for their pets.
We need you to be an extension of our vet and nurse team to help pets and their worried owners. Your empathetic people skills will help us all to keep achieving amazing things for the pets of Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise and surrounds.
We are a compassionate, family orientated business. This means that you work alongside the owners of the practice who understand your work load and challenges and there is no corporate head office to deal with. We all work hard and take our patient care and customer care very seriously, but we do also enjoy a laugh along the way. We are proud of our team and it is important to us that new team members are a good “fit”.
This is a long term, full-time, permanent position with Saturday mornings on a roster and paid as overtime. There is no after hours work as we have an excellent after hours emergency clinic & referral hospital nearby, so we have the peace of mind that our patients will still be well cared for, even after hours.
We pay above award wages and if you have to work late, overtime is paid. Our salary packages also include a staff discount program and payment of your pet’s pet insurance premiums.
