Rockhampton - Full Time, Part Time or Casual Veterinary Receptionist
A very rare opportunity exists for an experienced and enthusiastic receptionist to join our growing practice.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Delivering outstanding communication and customer service to our clients
- Managing client enquiries including health care and product enquiries with support from our nursing and vet teams
- General administration and support duties such as answering phones and emails, making appointments, filing paperwork
- General accounting duties such as invoicing and cash handling.
- Providing effective communication and accurate information handover to vets, nurses, and other support staff
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and expertise:
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a large, fast paced, busy practice
- Outstanding personal and professional presentation
- Exceptional organisational skills
- A team player who demonstrates support to colleagues
- Prior experience in the veterinary industry is a bonus, but not required. We are looking for someone with the right work ethic and attitude and we will provide training for the rest.
The position is full time, part time or casual depending on availability. Remuneration is dependent on experience and qualifications.
