AddressWe are a friendly, caring bunch of small animal vets and nurses in tropical Townsville and we are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our close-knit team for immediate start.
The position will see you mainly based at our clinic in Hermit Park with some shifts at our Bayside clinic. Our clients are used to warm and personal care so awesome customer service skills and fantastic patient care is essential. If you are a committed and reliable team player, with a ‘can do’ attitude and good attention to detail then we would love to hear from you.
What you will need to excel in this position:
- Previous experience in a Veterinary Clinic or medical practice is non-negotiable.
- Certificate IV in Vet Nursing is an advantage.
- Strong customer service skills and experience.
- Friendly, outgoing disposition with a good sense of humor.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Confident computer skills.
- Must be patient, considerate and empathetic.
- Hard working, reliable, organised.
