We are currently seeking multiple energetic, innovative, and passionate Customer Service professionals to join our Customer Service team, located in Glen Waverley. Reporting to our awesome Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing a high level of quality service to both internal and external customers, as well as being a dynamic team player who enjoys having fun at work.
- Moderation of feedback and comments across social media platforms, and product review portals
- Processing of orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensuring all calls are logged accurately and are of the highest quality
- Logging and resolving of customer complaints on a retail and wholesale level
- Liaising with stores and Area Managers to come to resolutions
- Processing of invoices for the Direct Sales team
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
- Customer centric, with a positive and vibrant attitude
- Minimum one years' experience as a Customer Service role
- Empathetic to all individuals and life situations
- Able to positively influence others
- An experienced ‘Live Chat’ operator (preferred not essential)
- Strong stakeholder influencing and partnering skills
- Innovative and able to think “outside the box”
- Able to multi-task, work under pressure, and achieve individual and team KPIs
- Experienced with voice of customer, net promoter scores and live chat/call centre technology preferred
