As the Business Development Manager for Victoria, you'll spearhead our expansion efforts by promoting ADP as an industry leader in Melbourne and across the state. - Promote ADP as an industry leader and introduce our unique methodology to the Melbourne/VIC market.
- Attract A-level clients, establish strong relationships, and secure large contracts despite existing competitor relationships.
- Conduct F2F Visits at potential clients stores and locations to scope out project requirements and tailor solutions.
- Demonstrate thought leadership in retail fixturing and design.
- Represent ADP at selected networking events and expos to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct outbound sales activities such as client presentations and customer calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Present proposals and presentations and follow up tenaciously.
- Provide comprehensive support to ongoing projects in Melbourne/Victoria, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Analyze technical briefs and architect drawings for store projects, proposing suitable ADP solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager to devise innovative ideas or promotions to bolster sales efforts.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably with a track record in shop fittings & design industry.
- Extensive experience and expertise in shopfitting.
- Proficiency in CRMs and familiarity with email systems.
- Demonstrated capability to initiate and sustain robust relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
