About the Role
A unique permanent full-time opportunity has become available for an experienced Retirement Living professional to manage Dame Nellie Melba, located in Wheelers Hill
You will be responsible for managing our integrated village which comprises of independent living, serviced apartments and residential care, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care that is good enough for Mum, and Dad is provided to all our residents.
You will lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams that all pull together to ensure our residents can enjoy the very best of retirement living.
This role is supported by an experienced senior management team and gives you the scope to further develop with our LEAP Ryman Leaders programme.
About You
With extensive staff management and proven leadership experience, you'll enjoy building, developing and managing multi-disciplined teams ensuring a fun and supportive team environment throughout the village.
You'll build meaningful relationships quickly with staff, residents, families and suppliers by being positive, approachable and an all-round people person. With excellent organisational skills you will thrive in a fast-paced and varied environment.
Your high energy and resilience are matched by your excellent problem solving and communication skills.
