We are actively seeking a results-driven Virtual Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and providing innovative solutions to meet the unique needs of your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and book travel arrangements for clients, including flights, hotels, and rental cars
Work with travel vendors to secure the best rates and options for company travel
Monitor changes in travel policies and procedures and ensure compliance
Respond to clients inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age, and be authorized to work within the US.
Must be able to effectively communicate with clients
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Personal travel experience is a huge plus, however not required
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality also a plus, but not required
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
